Refund policy

At AZEX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at d3926259@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how to send your item back. AZEX covers the cost of return shipping.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned after the 14-day window

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
